Erum is a dedicated early years educator with over 14 years of experience nurturing young learners. She discovered Jolly Phonics in 2013 and was inspired by the positive change it brought to her students’ reading and writing skills. Since 2020, she has been actively training teachers, parents, and schools, helping them create engaging and effective learning environments. As the Head of a Kindergarten branch, she has successfully implemented Jolly Phonics and mentored her team. With advanced degrees and professional training from institutions like Queen’s University and Lahore University of Management Sciences, Erum is committed to spreading
