He specializes in a systematic, multisensory approach that builds children's letter-sound knowledge, blending, pronunciation, spelling, and reading confidence. He trains teachers across Nigeria both in-person and online with practical, classroom-ready strategies tailored to Nigerian realities. Credentials: • NCE, BSc & MSc in Science Education, PhD in Christian Education • Qualifications in Educational Psychology, Train-the-Trainer, Early Childhood Education, Inclusive Teaching, Digital Learning, UDL, and Interactive Teaching with Technology • Certified Teacher (TRCN) and Microsoft Innovative Educator He is currently Principal of Tamara Sterling Academy, Proprietor of Lana Montessori School and CEO of Lanmoni Global Solutions, committed to empowering teachers and building strong foundations for lifelong literacy in children across Nigeria.
