I am an experienced and passionate Jolly Phonics Trainer, having worked with the Jolly Phonics approach in Zimbabwe since 2016. I also run a school in Zimbabwe where Jolly Phonics is embedded in daily teaching, giving me valuable, practical insight into effective classroom practice and whole-school implementation. I hold a Master's degree in Innovative Education, alongside a certification in Special Needs Education, which enables me to support inclusive teaching and adapt phonics instruction to meet a wide range of learning needs. I am confident in working with children who present behaviours that challenge, ensuring every child can access and succeed in literacy. In addition to my school-based work, I collaborate with Bridges Beyond Literacy to support literacy development within the wider community. My work in education has been recognised through industry awards, reflecting my commitment to improving outcomes for learners. I deliver engaging, practical training that equips educators with the skills and confidence to implement Jolly Phonics effectively, with the goal of raising literacy standards across diverse educational settings.
