Muskaan Nihalani
Muskaan is a Computer Engineering graduate who discovered her true calling in early literacy education through a deeply personal journey. When her son experienced speech challenges, she explored structured language methods and witnessed the powerful impact of systematic phonics instruction. Inspired by this transformation, she specialised in Jolly Phonics in 2010 and has since dedicated herself to strengthening foundational literacy skills in children and educators. She leads a successful learning centre and has trained thousands of learners and teachers through both online and offline programmes. Her expertise spans Jolly Phonics, Jolly Grammar, and structured classroom practices that build strong reading, writing, and communication skills. Muskaan regularly conducts workshops across schools and institutions, equipping educators with practical, research-informed teaching strategies. She has contributed to large-scale initiatives such as Jolly Futures in Tamil Nadu and Assam, supporting government school teachers and expanding access to quality literacy education. Recognised for her structured, practical, and impactful approach, Muskaan is committed to empowering educators and nurturing confident, capable learners through evidence-based language instruction.
