Hiran Bagadia

Dr. Hiran Bagadia is an accomplished educator and trainer with over two decades of expertise in early childhood education. She holds a Master’s in Education and an  PhD ( Honoris causa) in Education and Literacy. As the Director of Balaji Eduserve, she leads an institution committed to empowering children, educators, and parents. Additionally, she serves as the Territory Head of the Early Childhood Association, Vadodara Chapter. She is Tefl/Tesol certified. Dr. Bagadia’s specialisation in literacy and her extensive experience in addressing reading and spelling difficulties have positioned her as a leader in the field. Since 2005, she has been a passionate advocate for the Jolly Phonics program, successfully introducing it to schools in Mumbai and Bangalore. Her focus on multi-sensory learning methods has significantly improved literacy outcomes for children. Dr. Bagadia conducts workshops across India, equipping educators and parents with the tools to foster early literacy development. Her vision is to expand the reach of evidence-based literacy programs, ensuring that children from all backgrounds can thrive academically.
