Vijayalakshmi Seshan
Vijayalakshmi Seshan, a counselling psychologist holds a Master’s degree in Psychology. She is a TESOL/ TEFL and TEYL certified trainer. She has also done certification program from Phonics International and Andrell Education on “Big Write and VCOP”. She has done certification on Learning Disability and Remedial Education. She has 20 years of experience in the field of education. She has been training teachers since 2014. She runs an educational institution with Mrs. Shanthi Ganesh where children excel in Reading, Writing, Spelling, Grammar, Spoken English and Creative Writing. She has trained 3000 teachers in various schools across the country. She has also conducted private trainings to 2000 individuals. She has trained Government school teachers from 15 districts of Tamil Nadu, by being a part of Jolly Futures. Her training sessions are enjoyable and the trainees learn techniques to help children with learning problems. Demo sessions are given during the training, which gives confidence to the teachers to handle the class efficiently. Her training sessions are interactive, fun-filled with lot of activities.
