Sunanda Thapa

Sunanda is a B.Ed.-qualified, ECCE-trained educator and founder of a phonics-based literacy programme in Delhi NCR. Her journey into structured literacy began during COVID-19, while working with an EdTech platform. Through that experience she noticed real gaps in how phonics was being taught and how children were transitioning from reading to writing. That led her to pursue specialised training in Jolly Phonics and apply it deeply in her work. She has worked with CBSE, IB and Cambridge learners globally, including neurodivergent students. She conducts parent workshops, integrates mindful practices, and offers training both online and onsite.
