Ms Gupta is a passionate and accomplished educator specializing in early development with over two decades of experience in the education field. She holds an impressive academic background, including an MBA and an MA in Psychology, and certifications in Montessori Training and Early Childhood Care and Education. Her psychological insight and Montessori training complement her phonics expertise, allowing her to engage young learners with tailored, empathetic, and effective instruction. Her teaching journey began as a pre-primary teacher, where she often reflected on how to make reading more accessible and enjoyable for young children. The turning point in her career came when she discovered Jolly Phonics—a synthetic, multi-sensory phonics programme that aligned perfectly with her educational philosophy. She was amazed at how quickly her students began decoding unfamiliar words, growing more confident and enthusiastic about reading—often well beyond age-level expectations. Currently, She works with Brilliant Brains, The Foundation School, an institution that has adopted Jolly Phonics across its curriculum to systematically build English literacy skills from the ground up. Aarti’s background in psychology enriches her teaching methodology, enabling her to understand and respond.
