Kshama Rajgor

Kshama Rajgor

Kshama Rajgor is a Chief Trainer and Early Literacy Specialist with Jolly Phonics and Jolly Literacy since 2014, enhancing literacy skills. She holds a Degree in Mass Media, a Diploma in ECCEd, and is TESOL/TEFL certified, with experience supporting dyslexic students. A former Preschool Deputy Section Head and recipient of the Best Teacher Award (2016–2017), she is the founder of a literacy initiative, leads a literacy Olympiad across India and globally, and contributes to Jolly Futures India. She empowers educators to use Jolly Phonics effectively through Jolly Classroom with innovative training and strives to make literacy available to all.
