Ruchika Khajuria is an Early Years Educator, Literacy Expert, and Founder of Caren-N-Berry Academy, Jammu, India. With over a decade of teaching experience and extensive expertise in Jolly Phonics, she has successfully transformed early literacy learning for young learners and educators alike. A certified Jolly Phonics Trainer, TESOL/TOEFL qualified, and CTET certified professional, Ruchika specializes in delivering systematic synthetic phonics through engaging, multi-sensory methodologies. Her work focuses on developing strong reading, writing, and spelling foundations aligned with global best practices and NEP guidelines. She has conducted multiple teacher training workshops and awareness programmes across government and private schools, contributing to the wider adoption of phonics-based learning in her region.
