With over two decades of expertise, Ms. Naglaa El-Deeb is a distinguished professional development specialist and a pillar of teacher training in Egypt. A Master’s graduate in Phonics and Linguistics, she holds prestigious certifications from the University of Cambridge, including the TEFL/TESOL and TKT. Throughout her career, she has empowered over 5,000 educators worldwide, notably training 600 Al-Azhar teachers through a British Council initiative. ​As the founder of Tiger Montessori Academy and Phonics Land, Ms. El-Deeb is a certified Montessori and Jolly Learning trainer specializing in multi-sensory curricula and syntactic phonetics. Her extensive background includes over 800 training hours and a diploma in Child Psychology. Combining deep academic knowledge with practical experience in international and national school systems, she remains a leading career advisor and expert in the four-pillar language acquisition model, dedicated to elevating global teaching standards through continuous learning and mentorship.
