Xuan Lai

Ms. Xuân Lại (Sue Sue) has over 10 years of experience in teaching English to young learners, including 6 years of specialized experience in delivering the Jolly Phonics program.

After successfully implementing Jolly Phonics in her own classrooms and witnessing significant progress in her students’ reading and writing abilities, she made it her mission to bring this highly effective approach to a wider audience in Vietnam.

Ms. Sue has conducted a wide range of Jolly Phonics teacher training programmes across the country, supporting educators in understanding and applying the methodology in a practical and impactful way.

She also serves as an academic trainer and advisor, working closely with a wide range of bilingual and international schools, including Aiko Montessori, Mensa School, Sun Academy, as well as many English language centres across Vietnam, to successfully implement and adapt the programme to suit their learners.

Through her work, Ms. Sue is committed to building strong literacy foundations for children and empowering teachers with effective, research-based teaching practices.
