Sheba Kafwimbi-Moyo is an experienced early years and primary educator, and consultant. She spent 10 years as a teacher and school principal, and another 10 leading and supporting Jolly Phonics projects across Zambia, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Southeast Asia.
Now serving as Programmes Lead, she focuses on promoting quality literacy instruction and a love of reading. She works with schools, partner organisations, ministries of education, and teacher training colleges to deliver training, mentor educators, monitor progress, and support data-driven improvement.
She is passionate about bringing phonics to life through engaging activities, inspiring teachers, and empowering them to deliver impactful lessons.
