Shalini Devi Ramanathan

Shalini has been a teacher trainer, educational consultant, and synthetic phonics curriculum designer for over 300 reputed schools in India since 2014. She has conducted Jolly Phonics & Grammar training sessions for more than 8500 teachers across government, private, and international schools, as well as at reputed teacher training institutes to date. Her clients are spread both in India and the UAE. Additionally, she serves as a resource person for the International Wing of Oxford University Press in India. Furthermore, she is accredited as a master trainer by Andrell Education, Australasia.

Her areas of expertise include Jolly Phonics, Jolly Grammar (Levels 1 to 6), Jolly English, Synthetic Phonics & the Alphabetic CODE, and Comprehension and Creative Writing workshops. She has presented at various international workshops, seminars, and conferences in the field of language acquisition. In addition, she aims to promote quality training in Early Literacy Education across India, the UAE, and Southeast Asian Countries.
