She has conducted trainings across rural regions in India, including Ladakh, Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Uttar Pradesh, and Nagaland. Globally, she has trained over 25,000 teachers in Cambodia, Nepal, Bangladesh, Oman, Ethiopia, Kenya, the UAE, and Brunei. She has collaborated with multiple education ministries in India and abroad, and actively supports not-for-profit teacher training initiatives through organizations like the Akanksha Foundation and Aga Khan Foundation.
