Ms. Pallavi Chandra is a passionate Early Childhood Education expert with over 18 years of experience in preschool education, literacy development, and teacher training. Holding a Master's degree in Economics and multiple certifications in Early Childhood Education, she currently serves as the Territory Head of the Early Childhood Association (ECA), Uttar Pradesh, and Branch Head of the NLK Group of Schools.
An Accredited Jolly Phonics Trainer from Jolly Learning, UK, Pallavi has been successfully implementing the Jolly Phonics programme since 2013 and has trained over 1,000 teachers across India. Through her workshops, mentoring, and literacy initiatives, she empowers educators with effective phonics-based strategies that help children become confident and successful readers.
With international exposure to early years education practices across the UK, Japan, Singapore, and Bali, she continues to inspire educators and champion excellence in early childhood learning.
