Njideka is a passionate educator and a graduate of English with over two decades of teaching experience in the classroom.
Since 2015, she has successfully used Jolly Phonics to teach early reading and writing skills, with
outstanding results, helping both teachers and learners unlock the power of early literacy through this
proven child-friendly approach - Jolly Phonics.
Her mission is to empower educators with effective phonics instruction and practical strategies needed
to raise confident, independent readers and writers.
She is available to facilitate Jolly Phonics trainings for educational organisations, teachers, parents and anyone interested in learning and implementing the Jolly Phonics programme within and outside
Nigeria.
