Naina Jenifer Sequeira

Naina Jenifer Sequeira is a professionally trained educator with over two decades of experience in early years and primary education. She holds a Degree in Education and a Diploma in ECCE, along with certifications from Kathalaya, the British Council, Cambridge ESOL, and Cambridge Assessment International Education. Her strong academic foundation and specialized training highlight her expertise in language development and child-centered learning. Over the years, she has gained rich experience as a Primary Teacher, Headmistress, Online English Teacher, and Resource Person. As a member of the Jolly Futures team, she has trained government school teachers across India and conducted trainings in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and West Bengal. She has also organized and presented the Jolly Experience Day in Mangalore. A proud ambassador for Jolly Phonics, Naina passionately promotes its effectiveness in early literacy. She firmly believes every child can succeed through a multisensory approach that makes learning active, meaningful, and enjoyable, building confidence and a love for learning. She continues to train students and educators, supporting schools in India and abroad.
