Mobolaji Ayanshina

Mobolaji Ayanshina (MBJ) is a literacy specialist, education manager, and teacher trainer committed to helping children become confident readers. Since discovering the Jolly Phonics programme in 2016, she has been passionate about improving literacy outcomes through structured and engaging teaching approaches.

With a decade of experience, she has supported learners with diverse literacy needs, helping many move from struggling readers to confident, independent learners. She has also trained public and private school teachers across Southwest Nigeria and contributed to literacy initiatives in Sierra Leone, as well as adult education programmes in collaboration with the Lagos State Agency for Mass Education.

Mobolaji holds a B.Ed. and M.Ed. in Education Management from Lead City University and is currently pursuing a PhD. She is the founder of TLC Nexus, where she creates opportunities for young people to develop their potential through education and skills.

She believes every child can learn to read with the right support and guidance.
