Leena Nancy A

Leena is a passionate educator with a deep commitment to Early Childhood Education. A trained and certified Nursery Teacher, she has been teaching Jolly Phonics to elementary learners since 2010(16 years), nurturing strong foundational literacy skills.

Her five-year experience with an international NGO, where she worked closely with first-generation learners, significantly strengthened her belief in the effectiveness of the Jolly Phonics program. This exposure not only enriched her teaching practice but also deepened her understanding of diverse learning needs.

Since 2016, Leena has been actively involved in training Jolly Phonics to educators through the Nursery Teachers Training Program, empowering them with innovative and developmentally appropriate teaching methodologies.

A lifelong learner, she regularly engages in professional development opportunities, continuously infusing creativity and fresh perspectives into her sessions.

Her vision is to make Jolly Phonics accessible to a wider community of learners and to nurture confident, fluent readers.
