Harshaa Bhanushali began her career as a Process Trainer in India for an international organization. During a sabbatical taken to support her son’s reading and writing journey, she discovered the Jolly Phonics methodology, which proved to be transformative. Applying it brought remarkable improvement in her son’s literacy skills, inspiring her to explore it further.
Since then, Harshaa has worked with many children, including those with learning difficulties, helping them develop strong reading and writing abilities. Through the Jolly Phonics approach, she has successfully enabled both native and non-native learners to become independent and confident readers.
Currently, she conducts Jolly Phonics and Jolly Grammar classes across multiple centres in Navi Mumbai. She also manages these programs as after-school activities in an international school and organizes training workshops for teachers.
Harshaa believes teaching goes beyond imparting knowledge; it is about nurturing young minds for a brighter future. Guided by her instincts as a mother, she brings compassion, patience, and dedication into her teaching.
