Harriet Nayiga is a Ugandan from Kampala district, completed her teacher education under Kyambogo university in 2010.
Harriet has worked with both private and international schools specialising in literacy skills. She is currently the Headmistress of New Horizon Nursery and Primary School Mukono and implemented Jolly Phonics since 2012. She will never look back because she has seen first-hand the amazing achievements in children's literacy skills.The parents and teachers are always impressed by the way children who use Jolly phonics develop the love for reading and writing.
It gives Harriet great pleasure to share her Jolly Phonics experience with Headteachers, teachers, parents and training teachers.
She organises training workshops and catch-up seminars so that participants can have fun and success with teaching reading and great results are always seen.
