Deepali Rana is a dedicated Early Years Educator and Jolly Learning Trainer with over twelve years of experience in early childhood education. She is passionate about empowering young learners to become confident readers and writers through high-quality, engaging, and evidence-based literacy instruction. Throughout her career, she has been committed to creating positive learning experiences that nurture children’s confidence, curiosity, and love for learning. For the past six years, Deepali has specialised in teaching Jolly Phonics through classroom instruction, small-group learning, and home-based sessions. She has seen how systematic synthetic phonics helps children develop confidence in reading, writing, spelling, and communication. Watching children progress from recognising letter sounds to becoming confident, independent readers continues to inspire her work as an educator.
