Clare Marie Kafwimbi is an accomplished primary educator with over 20 years of experience in classroom practice and leadership across international schools in Zambia and Southern Africa. Currently serving as a Curriculum Lead, she drives teacher development through dynamic CPD sessions that build confidence, creativity, and strong classroom practice.

Inspired by her first Jolly Phonics training, Clare quickly became a passionate advocate for systematic synthetic phonics. She now contributes to training teams across Zambia and Ethiopia, empowering thousands of teachers to strengthen literacy outcomes through engaging, child-centred approaches.
