Cassandra is an Early Childhood Educator with over 10 years of international experience across Singapore, Malaysia, and Germany. She holds a Master’s in Early Childhood Education from the University of Hertfordshire, UK, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Currently an Educational Specialist at an international preschool in Munich, she supports high-quality teaching and learning practices. Inspired by the impact of the Jolly Literacy programme, Cassandra has trained educators in Synthetic Phonics across Malaysia, and has also conducted training sessions in Europe, including Germany and France, to support effective literacy instruction.
